The first thing to check is the Rheostat in the instrument cluster. If there is a failure in the bulbs and you have tried replacing them make certain that you check the circuits where the bulbs go with a test light to see if voltage and a ground is there. THen you will probably find that the Rheostat if the blame. Hopefully this will help!
