Generator is probably dead...and battery is being discharged. Changing a generator is not a big deal, get a Haynes manual. You can find a used one on some scrapyard. If you want to drive somewhere, pull out the battery and recharge it at home. That will give you a few hours of ride depending on how much electricals you have switched on.
