Some time back I had a similar problem and I was dissappointed to find that one is expected to replace the whole switchpack and not the individual switches as in the old 900s. After putting out about $200 for a new one to make sure the windows were operating I did manage to pry the old pack apart and I discovered that one can clean the contacts with sandpaper and reassemble the pack. Now I have a spare switchpack. Do this over a table because all the little brass rockers will fall out when you open the pack. It is pretty obvious how things fit together. Take you time and be gentle in prying open the box so you don't break any of the little plastic catches. It is designed to snap together and not to take apart. Good luck, R. Frist
