I have a co-worker who has a 2000 Saab. Not sure of the model. The problem is that the brakes skip in wet weather. When riding on the highway and not having used the brakes for a short period of time, when the brakes are pressed, they don't grab and there is a few terrifying seconds when you think you have no brakes. Then they finally grab. This is not a problem in wet weather in stop and go traffic where the bakes are used often. The car was returned to the dealership and the a different type of brake pads was installed. This has made no difference. Sorry I could not offer more info, but appreciate hearing any feedback regarding this problem that I could pass on. Thanks, Paul
