Try disconnecting the washer fluid supply hose where it enters the "T" at the left spray nozzle (at least it's the left one on my '97 900) and see if water comes out of it when you call for the windshield washer. If so then the case the nonreturn valves (a "T" on the left, an "L" on the right) have probably seized and need to be replaced, or the nozzles themselves are clogged (if no water comes out, you may have a pump problem). Assuming that water does flow from the hose, replace the feed hose on the T and disconnect the short hose between the T and its nozzle, and between the L and its nozzle. If no water flows when you call for the windshield wipers, replace the nonreturn valves; if it does you'll probably need to clean out the nozzles. FWIW, both of the nonreturn valves failed on my '97 900 at about 50 000 miles. Joe Morris
