Even tankers needs careful handling. About a year ago we had a petrol tax strike in the UK. It was apparently easy to convince the tank drivers not to drive against the wishes of the demonstrators, both their companies and the drivers said they would not take the risk of a petrol bomb being thrown at the tankers.
