Ok, I found it and there are only 2 relays there both are the same exact kind so I tried switching one at a time and it's still a no-go (it doesn't require 2 does it?). I'm running out of ideas here as the fuse itself is good, the pump does run and start the car if I conncect it directly to the battery. I'm thinking about hooking up a direct line with a toggle switch just to get it running if I have to... :-) any other ideas? Thanks...
