I've done it a few times... They aren't too bad to replace. However, I would suggest puchasing the Bentley SAAB service manual before taking your pony apart. It has all kinds of nifty things like the head bolt tightening sequence, torque specifacations, and instructions on how to get the head off if you haven't done it before.. The Haynes manual leaves a lot to be desired as far as infomation on the 16 valve engines. Happy wrenching!
