A used motor is an option, but repairing the one you've got is really easy, takes maybe 20 minutes once it's out. Remove the motor, put it on a bench, and dismantle it. It's pretty obvious what to do when you have it in front of you. The brushes may be worn, but more likely they're very gunky. Give the brushes and commutator a good clean with a degreasing agent, then apply fresh grease to them and reassemble the motor. You should get another 10 years service out of it. Grunff
