Gina - Thanks for the reply... I bought some more fluid and almost poured it in too, but after seeing that everything was still connected up and hearing no noise from the pump, I went after the fuse then to the pump. I believe in my past I've had to replace the nozzels that attach to the hood but they went one at a time. We have a running joke that if I just "threaten" to take something apart it often mysteriously starts working.
