At 65K mi., the small idler pulley froze, ripping the timing belt. I replaced it and the belt however I did not replace the large idler pulley above the crank shaft pulley. I've seen recommendations of replacement of the belt and both pulleys ever 50K mi. in this group. My dealer told me today that this large idler pulley above the crank shaft pulley rarely goes bad and he did not recommend replacement. My question to you all is how many have had the small and / or large idler pulley actual fail on there NG 900's? Thanks in advance. - Dave
