I just checked voltage at the fuel pump with the engine cranking, I'm getting 10.5 (with the fuel pump disconnected). I jumped out the pump relay at the fuse box and got 12.5v at the pump, in both cases no noise, so no pumping. I'm convinced that the fuel pump is the problem, but I'm also concerned about the low voltage...maybe a bad relay or connection, so I'll probably replace the relay, too. Am I off-track?
