Compare apples to apples and the depreciation on the Saab is not bad compared to similarly priced cars. Add in the fact that Saabs are seen as a little odd, reducing the demand and therefore the price. Also consider that Saab does not typically jack "new" prices from year to year as some automakers do. When the manufacturer increases the price of the new models by thousands of dollars, they drag up the price of the used models along with them. >This "feature" should be a good one for the buyer of a previously >owned Saab. So, off-lease can be a great deal. I'd *highly* recommend buying a car with some remaining (4/50) factory warranty. Saab is very good, IMHE, repairing anything that is wrong under the warranty and you can make sure everything is ship shape before the warranty runs out. Bob
