The fuel pump is also pretty straightforward. First, why do you think it need replacing? If it does need replacing, then this is how: Remove the floor panel at the back of the car (in the boot/trunk). You'll see an access hole through which you can reach the fuel pump. It has a plastic lock ring which you need to unscrew, either with A) the special Saab tool, B) a home made alternative, or C) a large chain wrench. Once the lock ring is off, you can disconnect and remove the pump. I strongly advise you to get a Haynes manual if all this is new to you. -- Grunff
