my $0.02 on the dump valve... If it is hot wire (LH/Lucas) injection, the dump is not a good idea. I guess it would be fine with CIS, though as well as Trionic 5. For the others, Recirc is mandatory. This can be a flap (Bosch type) or piston, it is just that the metered air needs to stay in the intake tract. The piston has better action and better pressure holding capability.
