Hey, I just picked up an 84 900 turbo (253,000km) for $300 Canadian to replace my dying 87 Volvo 740 turbo (501,693 km's) The car is in rather good condition for an 84, only work so far was to replace all the coolant hoses, the valve cover gasket, couple belts (Why would they put them there?) Anyways the clutch is starting to slip a bit in 5th gear which i'm sure will last me through the winter. However i would rather be able to go above 3000 rpm on the highway. How hard is it to do the clutch on this model and year of car? Anything i should be scared of? As far as i can tell i won't need to drop the tranny or engine to do it, however i might need to do some complex acrobatics. Any help or suggestions would be much appreciated. Matt Ottawa
