That was in 1987, but the older ones cab be OK, they're quite reliable actually if the car is treated like it should. A freind of mine has a 1984 Black Arrow coupe 16V Turbo (one of te three that were imported in Holland), has over 350K kilometres on it and it's still running great!! No turbo problems, just al leaky AC a couple of years ago, and a set of new wheel bearings (if that's what they're called in english, i'm not sure) but that's normal wear and tear one can expect from an 18 year old car. > > And what are the signs of wear in a classic 900 gearbox? > It's never been really smooth in changing gears, but when you have problems getting it in reverse and fifth gear it's due to an overhaul soon. -- Zweef
