I've used Magnatec when I've been feeling mean and often for top-ups but full synthetic at other times. I haven't had turbo problems but I think that mineral ordinaire is not good for long turbo life. Does anyone know the practical difference between semi-synthetic and fully synthetic? And is Saabs's own oil synthetic or semi? That should be good for another 20 postings or so. Chas
