I will be watching this thread very closely as I have had the same problem with my 92 for about 4 years. My problem is more pronounced as the temp drops. Now it is summer and all is well. As fall rolls around, I have to park inside every night and when it drops below freezing I have to leave it and find another way to work. Below freezing, I am lucky to find any gear and the funny part is.....if I get into first...many times I cant get out. One night , I had to drive about 5 miles in first gear with my emerg flashers on. My local Saab dealer has no idea what is wrong. The master cylinder and rubber coupler have been changed and about 5 different oils have been tried in the gearbox. I am waiting to get about 100K on the clutch, then I will change "everything" incl the gearbox and shifter. Good luck!!
