I ended up poking around in the fuse box. It's especially handy if there are fuse places for accessories you don't have. I have a GPS and radar detector wired in that way. In the 2000 9-5, there seems to be a wire in position that keeps the radio on after running, if the key is in the ignition. You can also turn on the radio without the key in the ignition as well, but this might just be the 9-5.
