The handbrakes themselves are adjusted inside the wheel hub. Use a screwdriver to adjust the brake through the hole in the hub part of the brake disk. Tighten until brake binds, then back of until free. Repeat for the other wheel. Adjust cable adjuster inside vehicle to get the brake handle how you like it. -- G–ran Larsson http://www.nospam.com/
