Doug, Sorry I didn't spot your original post. Sorry also that I don't know the solution, but I can confirm you are not alone. My 1992 9000 CS with Aircon has always been exactly the same. But just once a couple of years ago, for no particular reason, I got sudden and unexpected hot air in abundance on my feet. As far as I can tell, it's not so much a lack of heat as a lack of airflow. What dribbles out is plenty hot enough, but there's just very little of it even on full fan. I reckon it's a sticky flap valve down in the bowels of the system, but have never penetrated that deep. Has anyone got a decent diagram or schematic of the ducting?
