Check the seller rating. If he's got a rating of, say, 5, probably be very careful. If he's one of the online guys who have sold thousands of similar cars, and the feedback shows thousands of happy people saying he's honest and upright, then the risk is pretty low indeed. Some car dealers out there prefer to sell on eBay and do it many cars a day. Read those feedbacks! Dave Hinz
