That's actually a plug/cap over the adjusting screw. Back that plug out (13mm socket), and you'll see the adjusting screw. If I recall correctly, it's a 5mm allen-head, but I don't recall which way to turn it, maybe somene else here does. > Setting the handbrake lever travel. Two clicks before it starts to catch, maybe 3. Top of travel should be against cable-stretch, rather than against a hard stop in the handbrake lever. Dave Hinz
