Counterintuitive, perhaps, but yes, crossdrilled rotors do last longer, as do the pads. It's all about heat buildup, and the perforations help with that. Additionally, the holes give the air layer that is present between the pads and the rotor, somewhere to go. It's not much, but it is real. > Is it worthwhile changing the rotors?
