Well, as you say, none of it is that serious. Sounds like it was a pretty good buy overall. As far as the windows go, you will find that if you spend a couple of hours removing the mechanisms, cleaning them up on the bench, and taking the motors apart to clean, they'll be as good as new. You probably won't need any new parts. Can't advise on the roof - I have no experience of working on convertibles. Enjoy. -- Grunff
