Is it a trusted Saab dealer? If not, I would get the Saab inspected by a trusted technician who knows Saabs. It does seem too good to be true, but Saabs do not hold their value, while Hondas and Toyotas do keep their value at trade in. I would also check the gas mileage on the 9-5. I suspect it uses more gas than your Civic. With the price of gas these days, any car that gets great gas mileage is worth more and anything that sucks gas is worth less.
