... My Cirrus White Super Inca wheels are unlikely to make it through a UK winter without some chipping and road salt getting up behind the lacquer, ruining them. So ... I've whipped them off and stored them for the autumn and winter, ready for next spring. In the meantime, I considered using my curly Aeros with some winter tyres (which I may yet do), but my garage came up with this new set of wheels off a 9000. Enjoy :) The wheel ... 7" wide by 15" ET30: <http://www.saabphotos.com/gallery/albums/Orca_Super_Star/20_09_06_1121.jpg> ... On the car: <http://www.saabphotos.com/gallery/albums/Orca_Super_Star/DSCF3615_001.jpg> ... The front: <http://www.saabphotos.com/gallery/albums/Orca_Super_Star/DSCF3616.jpg> ... And the back: <http://www.saabphotos.com/gallery/albums/Orca_Super_Star/DSCF3620.jpg> As fake split rims go, they quite convincing. I really like them, but I do think they'd suit a slightly older car. That said, they're very different for a C900 Aero and I quite like that. At 7" wide, they're begging for 205/55 or perhaps 215/55? The tyres are currently the 195/65 SAAB 900 size, but seem to work okay on the C900. Looking at tyre calculators, 215/55 would appear to be the best fit, with the overall diameter only 0.1 inch different from standard 195/65 ratio tyres on 15" wheels ... With a lot more rubber on the road! Paul 1989 900 Turbo S http://saab.go.dyndns.org/
