You can probably get to it by just removing the SID, radio, and ACC. Go to Walmart if you have one close by and buy the DIN Radio Removal tools. They're just a couple bucks. Some people say you can make them out of coat hangers but it's not worth the struggle. Insert them into the holes on wither side of the stereo head, pull outward pretty hard and then pull away from the dash at the same time. It should slip right out. I use a flathead screw driver to get the SID out, just pry it out using a napkin or something to protect the finish on the wood around it. The metal cage the stereo was in pulls out. Pull one side and then jiggle it out. In my car it makes really loud scary noises like plastic cracking as it comes out but nothing breaks. Then the ACC just pops right out from behind. This should give you enough access to get to the area where the switch fell down into. I don't think it should have gone too far down because there are lots of wires to catch things. If for some reason you need to get that little cubby hole out under the seat heater buttons, just wedge a small flathead screw driver in between the bottom of the tray and the console right in the middle. It will slide right out. If you don't see it you could always really dig into it like I did replacing that cupholder.
