Plenty of folks on this BB will point you at the nit-picky details, but overall an '03 SportWagon is an excellent choice. Does it have factory warranty or is it CPO? They you're stuck with the local dealer for awhile, but even if the car is in warranty you can have the local independent do the service so find out who the local folks are.

I'd wanna' know that my local Saab folks were user friendly, whether it's the dealer for a car under warranty or CPO or the local independent. And I'd want their opinion of the car as in paying for a pre-puchase inspection. One of the things about Saab ownership is you have less service choices than with other competitors.

CPO is the best way to go, but lotsa' nice cars are at non-Saab dealers.

You don't say which model, Linear, Arc or Aero, but there's nothing specificly problematical about any of them, just the normal car stuff.

If it's an '03 Linear I'd want the premium package, but that's not a deal breaker for the right price. The premium package is standard on the Arc and Aeros.
