The switch pops out fairly easily. my tool of choice is a sturdy butter knife. Mind the dash though so that you done scratch or gouge it,
with the switch out you can see that there are 2 bulbs that are inserted from the back, they have white, round base wth a slot for a screwdriver. 1/4 turn takes them out.
you can buy new bulbs (~$6 IIRC)
or you can buy the fashion your own. the clear bulbs from Radio shack are about $1 each. You will have to do a little soldering and then paint the bulb with a green sharpie.
