If you do a search here you will find lots of discussion on suspension. Yes the rear springs very often sag and that lowers the rear of the car and increases the camber.
If it were my car, I would replace the front and rear struts. 100,000 miles is about the life for those items on the Saab 95. In the rear, I would replace the springs while doing the struts.
These are relatively easy DIY jobs.
I have this job ahead of me on my 2001. In the front I am installing Koni Struts. Rear new busings on the outer lateral arms and a new set of trailing arm bushings and a 1" spacer on the Koni shocks I have on there to preload the springs and bring the rear back up again. I will then recheck the camber and have a full alignment done.
Someone with the WIS [electronic shop manual] should be able to send you the suspension height measurements from the manual. It is very easy to measure.
Can't believe the dealer does not know the dimensions are in the manual. If it is not under warranty have a good indy do the work, or better yet do it yourself and have a good alignment done.
I am sure you will get lots of advice here./
