It went rather well, thanks. The only hard part was aligning the window but it just took a few trials and errors. Then the door panel wasn't on exactly right so the top trim was a bear to out back on. In fact, it wasn't exactly flush so I took it off the following day, readjusted the door panel and now it is as good as new. Thanks for your DIY steps, they helped immensely.
That was the SAAB good news, the bad news was my 94 900 left me stranded with my wife and young son en route dinner on my birthday! Lost both alternator belts and overheated. It is almost fixed already, but that is another BB.
