Was VERY impressed how smooth this car drove at high speeds(95-110mph) across the desert floor, No wind noise, infact there was not even a vibration in the seats,and beautiful torque at high speeds, my heated, and vented seats came in handy.
One funny thing I realized with the "high pressure jets"(goes on when you clean the windows, that spray off the headlamps) upset this VW driver when I went to clean my windows, he attempted to get in front of me to give me a shot as well, but was unsuccesful. I didn`t realize how much washer fliud comes out when you clean the windows, seems to upset other drivers. All I have to say is- I hope a conv. does`nt tail gate me because quess what`s coming-a nice cool shower!! LOL
I am SOOO happy I bought this car. My friends in L.V. were shocked when I took them for a ride, they could`nt believe how smooth the car drove, and the "pick-up" from my 4cyl turbo.
Also, I got 29-30 mpg on my trip which is better than any honda we ever had............
