I was wondering about possible adjustments of the Turbo on a 1990 900. The turbo will only pull into the low-mid yellow right now. I am having the gasket replaced on the exhaust manifold (from the manifold connecting to the block, I don't know what it is called) in a few weeks, I thought maybe the fact that the gasket was leaking that may affect the amount of boost I can get right now.

Anyways. Would that gasket affect the turbos boost?

Is the turbo something that can be adjusted? I don't want to over do it and run the risk of blowing out the turbo but to get it to boost back to where it used to would be good. The car has 160K on it with the original turbo so I know it is no spring chicken, but I do think it has got some life left.

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
