plastic sheating around the cable.

You can get in there by loosen/cut the tiestraps that holds seatcushion down and bend cushion up and backwards.

The electric motor is in the center of the seat and held in place by two 8mm screws.

Loosen the screws and remove a plastic piece that holds the wire sheating locked to motor.

pull wire out of remainder of the broken sheating and use a plier to pull the plastic tube out of the backrest gearbox.

Now you just need to install a new tube in the gearbox and push the wire back in and attach it to the motor. Make sure to align the back rest properly before installing the second cable and bolt everything up to frame again.

It's about 2 hours work if you want to pay a shop to do it.
