I am giving you a link at the bottom to go by. Just read it and follow the directions. While you are at it, you might want to pull out the governor(you'll have to remove the rear tranning pan to get to it) and check and see if it is binding up. Sometimes it'll gunk up and will have an impact on how your car shifts. Clean it real good. Some people take fine sandpaper to it to remove the built up varnish. By the way you might have to drain and refill you transmission quite a few times to flush out the system, cause even though you drain it, there is still transmission fluid in the torque converter which doesn't come out when you drain the fluid. The idea is to drain, refill,drain,refill,drain,refill to flush the bad out and to cycle in good clean fluid. That is the easiest but of course time consuming way to do it. If all this doesn't do a good job, you might want to switch to synthetic type F transmission fluid. Some use Amsoil(good stuff) products. And then if you do that you'll have to drain refill several times to get the plain Type F fluid out and cycle back in the synthetic type F fluid. One thing here, synthetic isn't cheap either.
