Bentley covers it in the "Parking Brake" section. Otherwise...
You will see a 14 mm bolt head in the back of the caliper. With the parking brake cable disengaged (totally disconnected from the caliper lever arm) grab an allen wrench, I think it's a 4mm allen key, and stick it in the back hole you've just opened up. It's officially called a caliper piston travel limiting screw. Tighten it with the allen wrench while spinning the rotor until the rotor stops spinning. Do not overtighten it. Then back it off just until it releases the brake rotor again and the rotor spins freely.
Keep in mind, having well-lubricated caliper slide pins really helps here.
If your rotors are warped, you may not be able to get that adjustment screw tight enough for the parking brake to do anything.
Adjustment for me has always been kinda black magic; you'll need to make a couple of tries to get it right. Too tight and the brake drags. Too loose and it takes more than six clicks to make the parking brake hold the car stationary. Also with warped discs I noticed a few other things. Even with the screw adjusted right, just light pressure on the brakes would make the pads shudder in their housings with a resultant 'farting' noise.
I just know no other way to describe it.
On my car, when everything is adjusted right and the rotors aren't warped it takes about four clicks for the parking brake to engage firmly, maybe three if you're not on a hill. Make sure both sides are adjusted about the same- stick a friend in the driver's seat (on top of it really) and have them operate the parking brake click by click and make your adjustments so they both grab at about the same time. Have your friend completely release and set the parking brake in between each adjustment.
That's about all I know about that. If your parking brake cables have degraded inside (mine do in NY salt every four or five years) the brake will stick on until you reach under there and pull the caliper actuating lever out manually.
Have fun.
