Catera wheels have a 5-bolt pattern; they fit on some newer Saabs, but no c900s.

*Most* Ford Contour/Focus rims have an offset that is too deep for Saabs. Also note that this Ford bolt pattern is 4 on 108, which works for 88+ c900s only. There were some Mustangs that had 4 on 108 but their offset was for RWD -- way too shallow for a FWD car.

The centerbore on the Ford rims is just a hair (~1mm??) too small to fit on a Saab hub, so you would probably need to clearance either the hubs or the rims' centerbore. While some people have apparently fitted Ford rims with no trouble, I have unsuccessfully test-fit a set of OEM Focus rims and found the centerbore too small. (You can fairly easily take out the 1mm on the rims with a flapper sanding wheel on a power drill. Or, you could grind off the centering "lip" on the hubs).

Last, if you see an aftermarket rim for a Contour/Focus that you like, as long as the offset works**, AND the centerbore is "universal," that is, about 73mm and designed for a centering snapring, you can go ahead and use them. You do NOT need the centering ring if the lugnut seats/lugs are conical, AND if you tighten the lugs with the wheel in the air. Hubcentric wheel systems facilitate mounting only; the lip on the hub is not load-bearing (in fact, most aftermarket rims' centering rings are plastic).

**Car designers don't just choose a rim's offset to fit the wheels under the wheelwells: the offset is an important part of the suspension's geometry. Therefore, the ideal aftermarket rim will have an offset that positions the center of the tire patch as close as possible to where the OEM tire patch would lie. In other words, try to keep the same offset as OEM, if possible.
