Welcome to the nuthouse!

Instead of leasing a new Infiniti or Mazda, I decided to buy a C900 outright, as I got a good deal. (1992 3dr, 110k, 5sp)

I use it as my daily driver. 27 miles each way, 24 of them on the highway in Los Angeles. Fortunately, I am a reverse commuter (I go in the opposite direction of heavy traffic)

Love this car! Plus, I own it outright, and my insurance is cheap. The C900's performance belies their age, and I actually enjoy driving it, it's fun.

So you aren't the only nut on the tree, there are many of us who do the same thing.

There is a theory, that no matter what, you are always paying for a car. Whether you lease it, finance it, or buy used. Just make sure you keep your C900 WELL maintained, and it will keep you pretty happy. You're already saving a bunch on gas by cutting that Jeep loose.

As ong as you have AAA Plus, you're good!
