I replaced the intake cam followers with what I thought were good ones, it turns out there making noise too. They are getting oil,the exhaust cam followers aren't making any noise it just seems to be coming from the intake side. By the way its a 91 turbo convertible. I just had the engine out of the car replaced oil pump o-ring rear main seal front seal water pump all the normal things when you're pulling engine. Before I pulled the engine I check the oil pressure it was right around 60 psi. I thought it was just the lifters but I took all of the intake cam lifters out and replace them with ones that I've had in a gallon of oil for the last couple of years and they seemed to be ok. I'm really at a loss any input would be great. I guess I should go ahead and pull the exhaust lifters off and make sure that they feel firm also. When you take one out u shouldn't be able to push on it is that correct it should feel nice and firm. The ones that I thought were bad I took out every single one of them felt really mushy and they were not firm at all.thanks
