Not a bad idea. You are aware, presumably, that the passenger seat on UK Aeros does not have the memory function which the driver's seat has.
You could try the following, who specialise in dismantling (and servicing and repairing) Saabs:

Two Stroke To Turbo: http://www.twostroke.co.uk
Neo Brothers: http://www.neobrothers.co.uk

I haven't used TwoStroke, but have been told they are good. Neo Brothers know their stuff (they replaced my Aero engine after my "big bang" over a year ago, from a car that had the seat you want!) and always have a large range of cars in various states of dismemberment.

I don't know how they'll be for shipping. Someone told me Neo Brothers quoted a lot for shipping to the US, but I got the impression not all options were explored in that instance. Options in the UK for shipping overseas include (but are certainly not limited to) UPS (expensive, I believe), TNT, FedEx, Parceline, Parcel Force (UK Post Office's parcel service - they ship things overseas too).

If the quote for shipping sounds too much, ask which carrier they would be using and ask if there might be a cheaper alternative. Naturally, they will have constraints, for example, they will have accounts with some carriers, but not others.

I'm sure you'll receive suggestions from other UK (and Australian, and possibly HK?) Saabers. I know there are other dismantlers (people have recommended them in the past), but I can't remember them offhand.

Oh, and we're not a "crowd", thank you very much. More of a "rabble", really...
