I am guessing that you are still trouble shooting the rapid cycling of your compressor.

The ACC sends a 12V signal via Pin 38 to turn the compressor on. The signal goes through the pressure switch and the anti-frost switch before reaching the AC relay. The relay then closes an internal switch which sends actual power to the compressor clutch. If either the anti-frost switch or pressure switch are open, there is no signal to the relay and the compressor should not come on.

The anti-frost switch is a temperature switch that opens when temperature in the evaporator drops below a certain point. Generally speaking, the anti-frost switch should have no role in normal operation of the compressor. The anti-frost switch will function without regard to the ACC setting, except that it is more likely to open when the ACC is set to LO since the compressor should not otherwise cycle off on LO.

In normal operation, cycling is controlled by temperature sensors and not pressures in the AC system, except that exceptionally high or low pressures could cause the compressor to cycle off. The sensors are in the airflow path. I still have not bought the AC manual (I never remember to order it when the dealer is open), but KeithR has it and can probably fill you in on the sensor locations.

The first test I would perform in your shoes would be to jump the 2 wires going to the anti-frost switch. Those wires can be found under a rectangular plastic cover fixed to the top of the evaporator housing. Jumping those wires will bypass the anti-frost switch which will tell you whether or not that switch is your problem. If it is the problem, others have recently reported here that it is adjustable via a small screw.

If you have the Seiko compressor there is also a thermal switch in the compressor body that is a potential problem area.
