93 9000 CSE 2.0 not starting.

I’m reposting this as I messed up a little on my first post

The cars a 93 9000 CSE turbo 2.0 UK

One night I parked her up and went inside, 8 hours later I went to start her and she will turn but not start.

I have checked the spark and she is fine but the plugs where dry, I did that connect fuse 14 to 22 and pump comes on ok from the fuel tank and after testing my pumps and relays for the fuel system they all tested ok.

I did notice that the relay by the engine didn’t click over when I tried to start the car so out came my trusty multi meter and I tested the relay socket pins

This is what I got.

I started thinking “only one ground?” that’s not right? So after testing the relay connections and the relay plug I grounded pin 3 as it seemed to needed to be a grounded like so..

And turned the key to: ignition on. “I didn’t start the car”

I could hear the pump by the engine humming! But not the one in the fuel tank..

But the relay by the engine kept clicking every 2 secs.

Now as of yet I haven’t tried to start the car as it seems a little odd to me that it had 12v's on 3 pins

It you have any idea’s how to fix it would be great as car I really need it for next week
