nasty boost overshooting
it probably should be adapting for this as in the ECU there is a WOT map that is used for hard acceleration which gives more fuel getting 20 lbs at the slightest depression of the pedal isent normal healthy boost
the T25 is a tiny turbo so spoolup is controled by the DIAPC box because otherwise you would get the overshooting you describe so it is more likeley adapting to produce a more drivable boost curve
& it sounds like full throttle boost adapts from like 22PSI to like 19 max boost that is a noticable decrease but is probably due to some pre ignition some from the injector size but allot of it is probably the exhaust side of the turbo being so restrictive that the EGTs are going up
I think you will find on the dyno that you will have enough fuel up to that 4KRPM mark where things start to taper off & probably around 5KRPM things start to lean out & probably by the end its pretty lean
but since in the meat of the power & boost curve there is enough fuel & boost & power taper at the end & you dont spend much time up there it isent realy a problem Im sure your engine will hold up a long time:-)
Ill be happy to do some remapping with you though :-) mabey we can go with the 92 DIAPC injectors which are like 33 lb hr :-) & if you get a bigger turbo we can make power much later in the RPM range (spread the torque out over a wider RPM spann) from say 3KRPM to 5KRPM or 5500 RPM spreading the torque is raising HP as HP is only a calculated # based on how long you can hold torque up also more HP becomes less peaky & more dirvable in our case :-)
you take care & have a great wek
