The same thing happened to me last summer. The anti lock warnig light comes on during the pulsing to show that it is working.
It was a sign of on of my sensors going bad. My sensor eventually died and I have not yet replaced it. The brakes work fine, but there is no anti lock function. Check the resistance of all the sensors. The connectors for the front are in the aquarium, and those for the back are under access panels under the rear seats, or you can check them all at the controller if you know the correct pin numbers. There was a post with those on it some time ago. The resistance of all should be the same. Around 1200 ohms IIRC. If one is different that is the bad one.
It could aso be junk build up on the hub teeth, so check those also.
I beleive there was a post a while back about splicing in a new coaxial wire to fix this problem if it is the wire that is bad rather than the sensor, and hthat is probably worth a try as the sensor is around $150 from site sponsors. I haven't done mine yet, but may try this week as everything is apart for a new clutch and water pump.
