Worked on this yesterday! Over the last year have taking appart and relubed the latch system for all the doors and still had intermittent failer. reflowed the solder on the relays inside the controller worked for a while and intermittent failer returned. Finally decided to dremel cut open the sealed covers to the relays inside the controller to reveal the micro switches and it was apparent the it had significant sut from electrical arcking at the contact points. my next step is to clean these contacts with some type of liquid cleaner as these points although visible are not accessible by hand. I think a good indication that the controller is having issues and one is curtain that the actuators are working and the door latch system is not bidding is to listen to the controller and verify that the relays are clicking(making an attempt to bridge the voltage signal)or test voltage input and output. Will post my results when i get a hold of another controller as I had to sacrifice the one I experimented on.
Have a great weekend everyone!
