1994 Saab Griffin Turbo

I wrote last week about the ignition noise I can hear through my radio.. It only happens when the radio is not tuned to any station or if I through a tunnel and I would be curious if anyone else hears this noise...I am positive it would be in all Saabs and there is nothing wrong with my radio. You mentioned about the CD Pack "discharging" 5 seconds after switching off...well this made me think that if it has to discharge....does it mean that it has to charge up as well??? Testing this everytime I have gone to start my car the last few days I have been switching the ignition on for 5-10 seconds before starting....and this seems to "fix" the starting problems I was having regularily, up until I started this experiment....Does any of this make sense??
