Hello,

I have Saab 9000CD -90 with ACC. I bouhgt my car in July 2001 from carshop. ACC compressor was broken (I called to Previos owner and he said that compressor was broken last autumn).

Anyway, I got almost new compressor Via internet from Sweden and the local ACC specialiced carage repaired it (with a new airdryer).

Now the ACC works well, producing cold air and the warm adjusting works OK.
I'm though worried about the problem code on ACC display when I start the engine. Display shows that there is (1) one fault in the system.

Couple weeks ago I Went to bigger Saabservice in Finland and they find out with computer report of this code.

Code report said:
"Communicationfault no pulses, Disconnection or short circuit to voltage/ground(earth).

Saabservice said that if ACC works well, it is unnecessary to start searching where the failure is, because it could take lot of time and money and would not bring any advantage. I said OK, no repairing.

I,m still worried about this problem. Can it cause some bigger problem some day??

Have you had this kind of problem and did you find what component can cause this faulcode?
