Quasi has info on replacing the seat heater controller bulb:

Window switch bulbs require disassembly of the switches (carefully - lots of springs) and soldering in of new bulbs. I can't help with the radio bulbs.

You'll need to unsolder the old bulbs and solder in the new bulbs. In the US, we have a chain called Radio Shack that sells light bulbs that weren't intended for replacing Saab interior lights, but they work. See Quasi's page for the part number, if they have Radio Shacks in the UK.

There is nothing special about the bulbs. What you are looking for are Miniature bulbs with wire leads, 12 volts at 60 milliamperes (ma). The 12 volts is important, but if they're 50 ma they'll be just a little dimmer, or 75 ma and be a little brighter. I wouldn't go above 75 ma as they'll get hot. Places to try would be electrical houses that sell components, or hobby shops. Lots of hobby shops carry small wire lead light bulbs for doll houses and model train setups.
